Additional LED lamps

Postby Johnny8718 » Thu Oct 12, 2017 4:50 pm

Could anyone tell me where I could buy reasonable quality LED lamps (such as is fitted to GS bikes) that don't cost £200 - £300?

I have seen plenty on eBay but they look very inferior and a waste of good money. Then I look on the usual sites around the net and I need to take out a mortgage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

John.

My brother bought a set of Chinese specials from Ebay. LED light with brackets and metal guards around them. They looked similar to those fitted to new Triumphs. He had to buy the switch and wiring separately but all in it stood him at less than £35.00

They were actually really good.

K1100LT broken for parts

spot the pattern,

Id like to know the answer to that too! Considering lights for the gs but all seems confusing, with lots of information on the internet but nothing very substantive.

I suppose the other question is what purpose are the lights being put to, fog, day running, extra high beam or extra low beam.
