Nice find Ced, I like the way they used the right tool to build up the engines. And no torque wrench's in site.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Looking at the ride towards the end, I hope one of the two bikes was a two stroke, judging by the smoke, unless he overtightened something and went through the crank case

Best roads: 623 Burgos to Santander. A back road to Metz; can't remember which!
Schorsch 1978-80 R65 - bit of a Shetland pony; frisky and naughty.
Friedrich 1993 R80RT - a Percheron, but can still mix it with the rest.

Great video, Ced, but oh dear, how much time you can spend on YouTube! I watched your vid, then a suggested link to a very similar film made by Triumph in the 50s. A suggested link on that page led to a film about high revving engines, this led to Mike Hailwood and the Honda 6, this led to a film about engines sounds, then to pulse jets, then onto 1/4 scale (!) radio control model jet fighters, that led to a film taken inside the cockpit of a female Russian aerobatic pilot doing a show. All fascinating stuff!
