well done to catch him, no gloves and helmet front uP as well

that would never be allowed to happen here in Manchester, my local bobbies tell me,

the rules are to Protect scots from injury apparently, in fact my local Pcso is currently suspended [8 months] for how he caught a car driver, i am not sure of the details

i am surprised the scot's mates did not block the alleys, they would around here

i am Pleased he caught him, [we suffer from Plenty of unlicensed, dangerous riding locally] but Put himself at great risk to do it
