Well, some four and a half years have passed since my accident and I can ride the RT still...Difficult moving it about but ain't going to give up riding it,,,I still have the C90 and the Matchless--but when the Matchless has got an MOT it'll be sold---Although it had stood for several years it fired up at the second kick! Well, almost five years since my accident and still managing to ride the BMW...Difficulty in getting it into/out of my garage but enjoying the ride....Matchless now has its MOT and will soon be offered for sale-perhaps on flea-bay.....KC.

Sunday 24th saw Diane and I ride the BMW to the Ponderosa café near Llangollen with several bikers from The Unicorn pub in Stourbridge..Great ride out,but sometimes a bit faster than I like(Diane wasn't bothered)reaching 95mph at one time....Still having a problem moving it about to put it back into the garage,But GREAT to be able to ride it again.

Well some five years after my accident I think that due to problems moving the Bee-em about I'm considering selling it sadly....R100rt,78,000 miles in super condition with crash-bars,panniers and BMW top-box...MOTd....Agreed insurance valuation of £3,500......Any interest out there?

Well I am off the road for a while. Getting out my car a few days ago my lower back muscles strained and I was hanging on the door screaming with sharp pain. Wife was behind my at the time and thought I had trapped a finger or something. So walking stick is out and slow hobbling is my top speed at the moment.
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

You'll still be able to keep up with your Harley crowd then!

Joking aside, sorry to hear of your mishap and hope that you get fit and well soon - just take it easy and give the muscles time to recover with a few drams to relax them in the evenings.

I would like the drams to but!!! I am on tramadol for hip pain (waiting for a new hip joint) and they don't mix well with a good malt.

MIGHTY Honda 90...KC.
A machine of raw power!!!

Well my back is still sore but !! I cant feel it because my hip is worse. #-o Only used my bike twice this year, once was the mot. The doctors say I am still to mobile to give me a new hip joint. So it looks next year I will be off the road. If this goes on I my have to go with 3 wheels. Been looking at trike kits as I think a combo is not for me? So watch this space.

I like the Enfield combo on ebay, and the R80/7. Thing is I have a tight space at the side of the house, I can get a trike down as long as its around 55 " wide. A combo would have to live on the front drive/garden. Some trike kits you can get at 54" wide so wait and see.

How about one of the small twist and go scooters with a 125 engine.
