Hi
I have chatted to the BikeSafe organizer for North Wales Police. He has offered assessed rides for a group of us, or a BikeSafe day for a group, and we talked about a whole day First Aid course.
If we make the effort to set this up I expect it to be for club members only, so you will need to be a paid up club member. You can always join just to get this benefit.
Please indicate if you are interested in me following it up.
George

Hi
and good to meet you,
The BikeSafe offer came from the men in the caravan next to the Gardner engine at Hooton Park.

Re: Assessed Rides & BikeSafe
I would be interested in that George, as many others on here, I have had a bikesafe course in the past, and found it to be most useful.
A first aid course would also be most welcome.

George,
Nice to meet you,Peter and Bryce at Hooton and although not presently a member of the club, would be interested in both the assessed ride and the first aid course. Both always handy to have a refresher in.

Re: Assessed Rides & BikeSafe
Hi
I'm keeping this going for a few more days cos I am going away but will get in touch with north wales police next week if we can raise the interest of around a dozen. Their group size is 8- 20 depending on observers availability
Like John, non members are welcome to express an interest, and could join before the event
