Hi people,

Our first "Meet us for lunch in Yorkshire" event of 2017 is just a week away.
It is on Tuesday March 21st at the Cedarbarn farm shop, just outside Pickering, North Yorkshire.

It's on the A170, about 2 miles east of Pickering.

As it gets busy, I'll ring up and book a table for us.

Can't do this one, I'm in court (again)
But I will be going up to Pickering the next week to see the Royal Scot. I'll put a message up when I've got the date.

Hi Peter,
Yes it is.
We're a nice friendly club.
Let's face it, it's a public place, we can't stop anyone.
If he/she is riding a bike, I might ask them to join

OK People, an update on tomorrow's lunch meet.
We have a table booked in my name (Mr Knight) but I have been told they're very busy tomorrow.
They also have a party of 21 (yes twenty one) booked in for 12:00 noon also.

It would help them if we could get there early.
I've been asked to see if most of us could arrive by 11:45.
So there, I've now asked.
I'll be there for 11:45 myself.

Looking forwards to seeing you all tomorrow.

Not sure this is going to be a place for motorcyclists to meet? a group of 21 sounds like pensioners on a bus!!!!

Well people,
A quite cold, very blustery ride (for me) to the Cedarbarn farm shop.
9 of us braved the strong winds to meet up for an enjoyable Brunch meeting.
There was :-
Me (P-K)
Steve(Stevehiles)
Peter (peterbrindle)
Colin (Rugbycoach)
Alan (Aladin1)
Keith (keiththeoutfitter1)
Glenn (Teetwothousand)
Chris (Colin's guest)
Mike (Peter's guest)
A great lunchtime natter and very good food.

A good turnout and good to meet up with everyone again. The shower across lunchtime was well timed and I had a good ride back with Steve on dry roads. Even the wind seemed to have died down a bit.

Thoroughly enjoyed it....it looked bleak when I left but I guaranteed It would not actually rain on the way home by stopping and putting my wet weather gear on :-)

Thanks Phil, a good venue, and the wind made the ride quite exiting too!
I was lucky to have a dry run in both directions as I'd forgotten my overtrousers and yet it was snowing whilst we had lunch.

Good to meet up again, good company, good food, friendly staff, a good choice of venue. I had a ride over to Seaways cafe with Colin and Chris. No rain but a bit blustery. I headed home towards Howden and the M62 from there which was a big mistake, the wind was really fierce and that high bridge on the M62 at Howden was a real butt clenching experience. All in though it was a good day out.

Hi all.
sorry I missed this one, hoping to be at the next, just finishing off the RS after my unwelcome contact with Ireland's tarmac in October!
Looking forward to seeing you all again at the next meeting.
A good turnout and a good venue according to Steve, would you expect any less from a 'PK' event?
Nick.
