I have sailed out of lowstoft aswell. Crewing an old ex Admirals cup boat up to Grimsby. On the way down it had been hit by a squall, she was sailing in a small flotilla and two of the boats sank. her crew refused to go back so we went down and took her home. A glorious sail .
