there was a thread to discuss an invite to LITTLE GRANSDEN AIR & CAR SHOW, SUNDAY 27th AUGUST, 2017.
Since only Tango (pm to follow) expressed an interest I have decided to make it just a day out meet up.
We can still get us discounted tickets
Keep a watch here and after I have the completed Risk Assessment singed off I will post more information

Forum rules
This Forum is purely to display information on current and potential official Club Events - discussion of upcoming and past events is encouraged but as this area is for official events, new Topics may only be posted by Club Officials or Event Co-ordinators.
For an event to be official and thus covered by the Club insurance, it must have been sanctioned by one of the Club officials who will have the power to post whatever is appropriate - you may then discuss the event if you wish. Only events listed on the website or e-Zine Calendars are official.
You must be a fully paid up Club Member in order to attend Club events although if you wish to attend one event with a view seeing if you wish to become a Member then one of the Club Officers may sanction that if you ask although you will be required to complete a 'Temporary Membership' form.
If you'd like to suggest a new event then your suggestions, offers etc can be made in the 'Event Suggestions' Forum. To propose an event you need to talk to one of the Event Co-ordinators or an Officer and ask them to make an initial post and/or sanction and list it.

If things go according to plan I will be on the K, It should have the RED panniers on, be parked among the bikes and I will be near it at 12 noon.

we have an invite to the 2018 event.
I went and camped this year and it was great. I got a free evening airshow from the people flying in and the flexiwing microlite that kept coming and going. Then an AlFresco meal with cider and chat before camping. Next morning I got to watch some of the practice flights before the show opened up and parked with the vintage bikes
A job for whoever gets he Events post is to reply and organise us, if we want to go.
BTW you need a cab, 4 miles to St Neots if you want a beer and meal although there is a pub about 2 miles away.
