Re: Morning all - Possibly soon to be a new BMW owner.

i took the r1250r out for a test ride and loved it, I would put a bubble screen on so that I didn't feel my helmet was going to strangle me at over 60 miles an hour. however in the windy lanes it was great. make sure you get a quick shifter and alarm

Thanks George

Would be keen to sort a lunch but due to personal issues cannot guarantee that I could attend and would not want to let others down, I will look at the other places and see if I can make one, thanks for the info

Re: International Driving permits after Brexit

However I will be getting the IDL sometime after February when you can purchase it though I have time to see what happens end of March before my trip to...

Re: New 1250R and RS

i want to see what the TFT display actually does so will pop into the dealers to see how it works on the new GS. like the automatic lights find it helpful, also like the indicators automatically turn off. will test ride the 1250RS when it comes to the dealers which i was told would be about February...

Re: Is France an attractive destination for riders?

Hi the roads are obviously a great attraction and there are so many regions but one i like that is not always on people list is the Vosege but so many more, French Alps, Pyrennes, etc. there is also the fact there are so many quiet roads and drivers seem more aware of bikers and take greater care. I...
