Andrewsfield airfield café Gt Dunmow Essex. Only a small place and very good breakfast. One of many I use, but take care as their are small planes crossing the road.

The main thing is will the pack you get start the car/bike you have at least 5 times? If not it's a waste of time having one.

I read somewhere that a good way of discovering where the oil is coming from is to clean everything then sprinkle talc powder.

Re: Wet Spots At The Final Drive

One way to find where its coming from is clean it all first, then cover with talc powder. Then take the bike for a 5/10 mile ride and look for damp talc powder. Its a tip I picked up from a Harley forum. #-o Thanks Deep Diver. Rob had offered similar advice four days ago and two posts above yours.....

If you view the 2nd and 3rd and 6th pics in full size you'll see it has the rear engine bolt mount hole used. And yes it should have the front used to.

Re: R80 Speedo cable boot.

When you fit the new boot fill it with silicone as water will run down the cable and into the gearbox. This will mix with the oil and wear out the bearings.
