Guzzi California

Not sure if this was a wise decision to make in the current climate, where there is so much uncertainty and we don't know yet how much freedom we will have this year, but it was an absolute bargain.

I only rode a dozen times in 2020 so re-thinking my motorcycling life atm and looking at alternatives myself. How did you come across it? Just luck or did you go searching?

I've had it in mind to get a Guzzi for some months now.
I was originally thinking of a Griso but I also want to get the cruiser thing out of my system.
So it's two birds with one stone.
Usual thing.
Winter cabin fever
Too much time on ebay.
I'm not looking at it as a long term proposition.
I'll hopefully do plenty of riding, then this time next year I'll likely put it up for sale and am pretty confident I can get all my money back.
Actually this is the 80th anniversary model one of 300 produced.
The dealer couldn't have known otherwise he'd have been charging a couple of grand more.
I've seen a couple of others significantly more expensive than mine.

Guzzi cruisers do seem to be quite cheap compared to other models. That one looks great. enjoy.

Indeed and there's no real reason for that other than image.
I've had Guzzi's before but this is my first california and it's hugely impressive from what I can tell on my 10 mile commute to work.
