Hi Barry
it sounds like you will be tri-king for our Suffolk meet in June rather than bi-king

George
Good one George. I have never been to the Honda place but we had some of his bikes at the Copdock show a few years back and he has some very early ones.
Right now it's time for a nice cuppa tea.

Well,I still have the BMW....Going to tax it soon 'cos I've missed riding it...The C90 and the AJS Chinkibike are O.K. but not really up to carrying a passenger...The "Boss" wouldn't ride on the pillion of either...If I did sell the Bee em I doubt that she'd ever ride on a motorcycle again.(She's a young seventy one)...So,press on another year and see how I get on(and off)...KC.

Myself I am back on 3 wheels now and hope next year to get my old R80RT mot done. Swmbo is getting at me to sell some of my bikes because of my balance problem, but wait and see. Till then I will stay on 3 wheels for now.

Ced you need a day out on the bike. It keeps you young and handsome. #-o

No, as I walk I keep leaning to the right. Last time I rode a bike I nearly dropped it at slow speed going round a corner. The docs have found some possible nerve damage to my spine. I will try next year and see if I can still ride 2 wheels, but for now I have to let my hip fully heal so its 3 wheels and growing old disgracefully.

I was being flippant Barry, I know about your balance problem.
I didn’t want to belittle it or be rude, I was keeping it light.

Hope you weren’t offended, apologies if so and I hope the issue can be improved, or reversed.

I haven't been able to ride my bikes since December 2016 except for my sole ride to the Ayrshire coast last October.
There's still a long way to go with a heart operation due any time soon, but I hope to be aboard again before the end of 2018.

Bill,
Good to hear you intend getting back on the bike/s this year!
You must be about the oldest rider on the forum!

All the best for your forthcoming op.

You posted a while ago about the Malin Court hotel in Ayrshire - I am hoping to take Irene there for a couple of days this year (in the car) - it looks very good from their website.
She's not been well the last year but very much better now.

Hi Ced,
Thanks for your good wishes. I hope Irene's health continues to improve.
We're due back at the Malin Court Hotel in October, I thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
I was going by bike but circumstances might mean that it'll be by car.

PS -

I know your not being flippant John. The issue may improve but not much. I take each day as it comes with a cuppa tea.

Well,it's seven years since my accident and I still have my BMW....Took it for an MOT today,It really felt super compared to the AJS Chinkibike….Power at a twist of the throttle and no constant gear changes...So we're all legal again now and hoping that the weather stays dry for a while...Still undecided about selling though...Stay sober...KC.
