BM Riders Club 'Members Only' Section
The three other Forums in this section are accessible only to registered Club Members - there is nothing sinister in this, honest but as they are intended for the discussion of Club affairs it seems logical that they should remain private to the members. Any normal regular chat and tech stuff should continue elsewhere as normal.
Provided that you include your Forum Username on the Membership Application then your access should automatically be granted while the forms are being processed and you need do nothing. If you are a Club Member and you cannot access these Forums you will need to contact the Membership Secretary with your name, Forum username and Membership number and he will activate your access.
It is still required as per the Forum Rules, that you log-in at least every six months to prevent your account from being deleted.

No, not yet. Access won't be granted until Andy has processed your application. Doesn't usually take long.

Re: BM Riders Club 'Members Only' Section
Hi chaps, I'm new to this so forgive me if it's a stupid question/been asked before/posted in the wrong place, but has anyone ever suggested holding 'Tech Days' such as those described in the Airpost magazine of the Airheads?
It seems like most people attending contribute something, whether it's camping space and use of facilities for the lucky person whose house it is, to food and drink, parts, etc., whilst the mechanical geniuses amongst you get to tutor and supervise those of us who are more challenged on the black art of keeping the airhead on the road.
I appreciate that this would take a little organising but it might be worth it if there was enough interest from the members?
Just a thought.............

Re: BM Riders Club 'Members Only' Section
Hi Steve
Yes I did some time ago to rebuild starter motors, seems we have loads of dead ones among us. No one seemed interested
Ask Mark, if you think the idea is a goer, have a location and a topic in mind

Looks like I've sneaked in through the back door. Looking forward to test riding a GS and other suspects in the coming weeks, when I'll hopefully get the bug again.
