Ladybower Inn Lunch Meet Wed 12th Feb

Postby raesewell » Sat Feb 08, 2014 3:51 pm

Dont forget the lunch meet at the Ladybower inn which is on the A57 Snake Pass one of the best bike roads in the Uk.
I will be there from 12 noon everyone welcome, I know Twisty will be on holiday so it'll be me like Billy no mates if you dont turn up :-({|= .
You can have a full meal or just soup and a roll, I hope this might tempt you out for this meeting.
Hope to see you there.

Bit far for a day trip in February for me but will be up for future meets in the spring/summer. Hope you get a gathering of some kind. =D>

Hope you have a lovely meet Rae and are not 'Billy no mates'. You can always talk to the girls about 'stretch marks'.

I have my bike back now. Excellent job and very reasonable price. Now all I have to do is put the bodywork back on 8-[

That's quite a trek for me Rae.
Recon its at least 2 hours each way, from County Durham.

Still, enjoy your day out - have a good one

The weather for Wednesday is good, looks like a sunny day according to the BBC website, a bit chilly but fine.
So come on get your riding boots on and let's have a natter.

The other consideration Rae, is that it is nearly all Motorway and A1 dual carriageway for me.
#Boring

When the weather is warmer, and days longer, I'll pop down, but I'll take 3 hours each way and come via the Yorkshire Dales

It's optional Phil, I wasn't really expecting you to make this long journey.
I hope anyone a bit closer will be able to attend

Snow all around, heavy rain and high winds forecast. Cat and Fiddle closed yesterday!! think I will give it a miss after sliding across the drive putting my bins out this morning.

Snake pass has sleet and snow forecast so I think safety and common sense must prevail here, with that in mind I think I must cancel the meeting at Ladybower Inn.
See you next time
