Weather forecast for Saturday is not good (wet, wet, wet) but Sunday looks much better. I'll have a ride across for a BMW burger.

If weather is fine I shall join you. Any idea what time you are likely to be there?
I shall be on the VFR so should stand out like a sore thumb!

It opens at 11am on Sunday so I'll probably get there at noon to allow the BBQ to get going.

I'm part of the BMW Club Northern Section team so I'll be there all day.
The VFR will not be a problem!

Weather looks rather "inclement" on Saturday so I shall be going on the Sunday. Planning to arrive about noon.

No rush for the book, will try to make Sunday as well then, only up the road for me.

Think I will be helping out on the SLAM stand

I have to back tomorrow as well!
The free food was very good and there was plenty of it for everyone. The 'noise' from the group/band was too much to bear for me so I stayed inside till it finished.

Me and Glenn (Teetwothousand) had a good ride over to Preston and discovered a good cafe near Skipton on the way. Glenn introduced me to Marty (Tango), John (Farmerboy), Tony (Tony the Skin) and Bill Smithson.........good to meet you all and I hope to see more of you at next years bike meets. Glenn was looking lovingly at an R1200gs LC that he spotted in the approved used bikes, it was a nice low mileage bike with lots of extras............I think it could be an early Xmas present to himself.

Likewise good to meet up with the usual suspects again, and a new face to me Alan, nice to meet you.

See you in Haslingden on Thursday.

Ced very noble, but such a waste of good weather [-(

I won't be able to make Haslingden on Thursday as SWMBO has booked a posh lunch for us as it's our 43rd wedding anniversary on Thursday.......and I'd forgotten!
