It seems that Pat is continuing to improve slowly. Here's a note and photos from Frances:
We went down to Cork for a few days and visited the Jameson Distillery. He was in his element at the whiskey tasting. When he was finished his he started on the one beside him as the chap did not want it. He got a certificate which he is very proud of.
We also went swimming in the pool in the hotel and he lapped up the luxury of the jacussi. I had been taking him swimming in the local pool and gradually got him to swim on his own. He now doggie paddles and also can lie on his back and swim.
I am sending you some photos of the whiskey tasting.
Frances

An appeal from Frances...

Would any of you have a photo of Pat on his bike with helmet on and properly fastened??? It's being suggested that it may not have ben fastened tightly enough and a photo or two may help...

If you have anything could you pleased drop me a line?

Thinking about Phil and getting "his legacy" up and Running made me think about Pat

He celebrated his 70th on the 16th of February

I have asked Frances to allow me to share his blowing out of the candles with you guys
"Put your Ass on a motorcycle and ride with an attitude and the "Grim Reaper" will ride in your shadow!"

Islandmagee in case you're interested?
