Hi George,

I had been trying to find out something about the CAN-bus system and came across the article so I posted it here under 'Miscellaneous' for anyone else who may be interested. What I haven't found out yet is if the system can be re-programmed if additional equipment is added and how this might be done.

Just found this , Thanks Ced, helps understand the system on the 1200rt.

Just found this , Thanks Ced, helps understand the system on the 1200rt.

Phil (P_K ) helped give me an understanding of CANBUS when we met at the Hartside Top Café a while back - I've got him marked as the CANBUS expert should I ever get an R1200! :grin:
